Booking a room
There are 51- and 45-week contracts starting 13 September and 20 September 2025 available – see room descriptions below for further details and visit the Student Castle website for the latest room availability.
We ask for an advance rent payment (£100 to £300 depending on the location) to allocate you a room. For our properties in England, this will be deducted from the first instalment or payment which is due before the tenancy start date. For our properties in Scotland, this will deducted from the first instalment or payment due on the tenancy start date.
