En-suite rooms
At Snow Island, we have four en-suite options to choose from and make the most of your time at university. Each of our en-suite rooms come with your own shower room, double bed, large desk and storage. After relaxing or studying in your room, head to your shared kitchen and living space – perfect for socialising.

Booking a room
All rooms are available on 44- and 51-week contracts from 6 September 2025 – see below for pricing information. For the latest room availability and pricing information for 2025/26, visit the Capitol Students website.
To book we ask for a non-refundable holding deposit of £100 to allocate you a room, which will convert into a contribution towards a £250 damage deposit on commencement of your tenancy. If, for whatever reason, you decide to cancel your booking, you will forfeit your deposit.
Refer a friend
Refer a friend to stay at Capitol Students in AY2025/26 and receive a £100 voucher for yourself and your friend! They must be new residents who have booked after you. They should not have stayed at Capitol Students previously. Please see the Capitol Students website for full terms & conditions.
