Booking your room at Pablo Fanque House couldn’t be easier! You can only make a booking through the easy-to-use and secure booking system on the Capitol Students site – simply select your chosen residence and the room you want and then follow the steps.

Capitol Students ask for an advance rent payment (£100 to £300 depending on the location) to allocate you a room. For properties in England, this will be deducted from the first instalment or payment, which is due before the tenancy start date. For properties in Scotland, this will deducted from the first instalment or payment due on the tenancy start date. If, having secured a room, you need to cancel your booking, the Capitol Students website has details of the cancellation policy for residents in England and Scotland.

Once you’ve paid your advance rent, you will be allocated a room and receive an email with instructions on how to complete the booking process. Please note, there is a ten-day deadline to accept your room offer and sign your licence agreement electronically.

Offers for 2025/26

• Refer a friend to stay at Capitol Students in academic year 2025/26 and receive a £100 voucher for yourself and your friend! (They must be new residents who have booked after you, and they should not have stayed at Capitol Students previously.)
• If you’re going to be studying at University of East Anglia, you’ll receive a free annual bus pass – UEA Norwich Zone Ticket, worth £320. This will be issued when you check-in with Pablo Fanque House.
