And if you want to share with a friend whilst having your own room, choose a Two-Bedroom Apartment with a shared bathroom and kitchen/living space.




Our self-contained studios are all contemporary in design and include the latest technology. They each come with their own en-suite bathroom, ¾ double bed, bags of storage, private kitchen area and plenty of space for you to study or relax. They’re available in three sizes – Basic, Classic and Premium – with single and double occupancy rates available.





Rents are inclusive of all utility bills, personal contents insurance, superfast broadband and Wi-Fi.
You can choose from 43- and 51-week contracts (from 6 September 2025), with dual occupancy available in two-bed apartments and some studios – see below for pricing information. For the latest room availability and pricing information for 2025/26, visit the Capitol Students website.
To book, we ask for a non-refundable holding deposit of £100 to allocate you a room, which will convert to a damage deposit on commencement of your tenancy. If, for whatever reason, you decide to cancel your booking you will forfeit your deposit.
Refer a friend to stay at Capitol Students in AY2025/26 and receive a £100 voucher for yourself and your friend! They must be new residents who have booked after you. They should not have stayed at Capitol Students previously. Please see the Capitol Students website for full terms & conditions.
