The Lofttown
The Lofttown is a new concept of student residences, designed to the highest level of comfort to offer you a complete living experience.
Our residence is a newly constructed building and can accommodate 146 students within its 3,300 square meters. It's a place where you will feel very welcome and at home while having a great time, meeting new friends with all the comforts and the best services available. Created for the most selective and demanding students, we offer a rich variety of organic and local cuisine, outdoor gym-Cross Fit and all rooms and studios have their own private bathroom.

To provide quality accommodation to university students. We build and manage student residences and collaborate with different universities to help students integrate into our city.
