Book a room with us for the 2021/22 academic year and you can cancel your booking before 31 May 2021. There will be no penalty charges and you will receive a full refund of any money paid.

No Visa No Pay, No Place No Pay

For 2021/22 academic year bookings, if you don't get a visa to come and study in the UK or if you fail to gain the required qualifications to secure your place at university, you will be able to cancel your booking and receive a full refund of your booking fee and any paid rent payments.
