Booking a room
Rooms are available on 45- or 51-week contracts from 9 or 14 September 2024.
For our properties in England we ask for a non-refundable holding deposit (£100–£250 depending on the location) to allocate you a room. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the holding deposit under any circumstances. When you move in your holding deposit will turn into a damage deposit and will be returned at the end of your license (minus any damages). At our properties in Brighton, Oxford, Lincoln, Cambridge, Durham and Edinburgh you will be required to top up the holding deposit prior to move in to make the deposit up to £250.
