Canto Court student accommodation has 164 stylish rooms set over eight floors, some of which enjoy views across London’s iconic skyline.
The building is conveniently located on Old Street, Shoreditch – just down the road from London’s buzzy tech hub known as ‘Silicon Roundabout’. With well-considered rooms boasting generous studying spaces, Canto Court also features areas to socialise with friends and a well-equipped gym to help keep you in shape. The building is managed by an experienced team who make sure you feel immediately at home and looked after in London.
There’s no need to spend all your free time in your room – Canto Court is designed with lots of space to socialise, study together and relax. In the summer, our landscaped courtyard becomes the social hub of the building with parties and gatherings. Meanwhile, the generous common areas offer a chance to have a break and catch up on the day’s events over a drink with friends.
Getting the basics right is just as important to us. We’ve thought of everything – so you can concentrate on settling in. From bike storage and a fully equipped laundry room and on-site maintenance for emergency fixes – we’ve got it covered. Plus, Wi-Fi, contents insurance and utility bills all included with your room.

Booking a room
All rooms are available on a 51-week contract from 9 September 2022 to 31 August 2023, with fourth-floor Classic Studios also available on 44-week contracts from 13 September 2022 to 17 July 2023. The price per week may vary depending on floor level and room size.
